The Reebok Cushion 3.0 running shoe was something of a surprise for me. Running primarily on trails, I go through a pair of road shoes about once every 9 months and wasn’t really expecting much out of these.
However, once I put them on a got a few miles under my feet I was pleasantly surprised. In fact, one of the first runs I did with them turned into a muddy 9 mile trail run and the shoes held up surprisingly well with excellent grip!
So, it’s not all good news is it?
Well, overall I am happy with these shoes. The one thing that I’ve noticed is that they seem a little tight on the mid section – but I should note that I do have wider than average feet. Nothing too far out there, but I would advise trying them on first or ordering from somewhere, like Amazon or Zappos, where you can return or exchange for a different size if needed.
So, would I recommend the Reebok Cushion 3.0 men’s running shoes?
Yes – as noted, with the ability to try them on. After 60+ miles they still have a lot of cushion and flexibility without falling apart or showing signs of obvious wear and tear.
They seem to be a good shoe for everyday running and have taken both light trails (with mud) and the pavement in stride.
- Good traction
- Holds up well to use
- Cushion appears to last
- Slightly narrow in the mid section
